Helping businesses put AI to work

AI Coaching · Team Training · Workflow Design

The AI companies built the rockets. I teach your crew to fly.

I’m Landon Dickey. I help businesses put AI to work, from solo founders to enterprise teams. I find where it saves your team real time, build it into your daily operations and coach your people until they run it with confidence.

The Drift

Every business just inherited a universe.

AI landed everywhere at once: your inbox, your spreadsheets, your browser, your phone. The tools are powerful, affordable and already sitting in front of your team.

And most teams are drifting through it.

Someone opens a chatbot, asks a question, copies the answer and goes right back to working the old way. That isn’t transformation. It’s sightseeing.

Access isn’t adoption.

Sound familiar?
  • Your team has AI tools, but only a few people really use them.
  • You’re not sure what’s safe to hand to AI.
  • You’ve tried a few things and nothing stuck.
  • You know AI could save time, but not where to start.
  • Your people are worried AI will replace them.

Agencies, clinics, law and accounting firms, real estate teams and the trades all run into these. So do the people leaders bringing their teams along.

The System

The forces I put in orbit.

This is how I help, every part tuned to your people, your clients and the work that fills your day.

Built with AI tools, the same way I teach teams to build their own.

    The Flight Plan

    How an engagement flies.

    1. Map

      Chart the real terrain.

I learn how work actually moves through your business, from the people doing it rather than the org chart. Where does time leak? What gets redone? What does everyone quietly dread?

    2. Design

      Engineer the system.

I design new ways of working with AI, with the instructions, review steps and plain-language guides that make them repeatable, clear enough that someone brand new could follow them.

    3. Launch

      Pilot small, then scale.

We start with a small crew, surface the gaps fast and fix the instructions before rollout. Then I train everyone else with live sessions, one-on-one coaching and job aids people actually use.

    4. Orbit

      Keep it in orbit.

I measure what changed, tighten what didn’t and hand you a system your team owns. Then it’s your call: take the controls from there, or keep me on as a partner while AI keeps changing.

    What you walk away with
    • A map of where AI pays off in your business.
    • New workflows with step-by-step guides.
    • A team trained on its own work.
    • Clear rules for what AI should never touch.
    • A system your team owns, and the option to keep me on as AI evolves.

    Ways to start

Start small, or go all in.

    • Workshop

      A team workshop

A hands-on session built around your team’s real work. The quickest way to see what AI can do for you.

    • Pilot

      One workflow, end to end

Pick the work that eats the most time. I map it, rebuild it with AI and prove it with a small crew.

    • Flight plan

      The full rollout

Map, Design, Launch and Orbit across your team or business, with everyone trained on their own work.

    • Partnership

      An ongoing partner

Keep me on as AI keeps changing: new tools, tune-ups and fresh coaching as your team grows.

    Common questions
    Is our information safe?
Every system I design sets clear rules for what AI should never touch, with review steps before anything goes out.
Do we need to be technical?
Not at all. I work in plain language and train people on their own real work.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whichever fit your business. I’m not tied to any one product.
How big does our company need to be?
I work with everyone from solo founders to enterprise teams.
    Is this a one-time project?
It can be. Some teams take the controls at hand-off. Others keep me on as a partner as AI keeps changing.
    Where are you based?
Tulsa, Oklahoma. Training can be virtual, or in person across the US.
    Flight Simulator

Every crew trains before it flies.

Collect verified signals. Dodge the blockers and the hallucinations, AI’s confident mistakes. When it gets crowded, fire a verify pulse. It’s the job, in miniature.

    Training mission
    Signal Run
    • Verified signal. Collect it.
    • Hallucination. A confident AI mistake. Don’t trust it. Dodge it.
    • Blocker. A real problem teams hit. Dodge it. Your debrief shows what AI does about it.
    • Verify pulse. Turns nearby hallucinations into signals.

Steer with your mouse, finger or arrow keys. Space or tap to pulse.

    Origin

    Teacher. Operator. Explorer.

I didn’t come to AI from a computer science lab. I came to it from teaching, from running operations and from pushing these tools hard myself. That mix is why my work sticks.

    1. The Teacher

I know how people actually learn.

I’ve taught, mentored and built training people actually follow, including evaluation rubrics clear enough for anyone to use. Training only sticks when people can follow it, so that’s how I build it.

    2. The Operator

I know how work actually works.

I’ve run day-to-day operations and advised businesses on everything from contracts to technology. An MBA gave me the frameworks; the front line gave me the instincts. When I fix a process, it stays fixed.

    3. The Explorer

I know how AI actually behaves.

I live inside these tools, pushing every major AI platform to see what it can really do, where it bluffs and how to build around both. That’s where the uses nobody else is looking for come from.

    Convergence

The people. The work. The machine.

Most experts specialize in just a piece of it. My work lives where all of them converge, which is exactly where AI adoption succeeds or fails.

    The Laws of Physics

Every universe runs on laws. These are mine.

    • Clarity is a force multiplier.

If someone new can’t follow it on their first try, it isn’t finished. I turn long, ambiguous instructions into steps anyone can run.

    • Verify, then trust.

AI can be brilliant and wrong in the same sentence. I build in the checkpoints that tell you which is which.

    • People over platforms.

Tools change monthly. Your people are the constant. I invest in their judgment, not in any one product.

    • Your crew holds the controls.

Everything I build, your team can fly on its own. Keeping me on as AI evolves is a choice, never a dependency.

    The Horizon

The next frontier belongs to the teams that learn to fly.

Every company now has access to the same AI. What will separate them is the crew: people who know how to use it, question it and build with it. That’s the crew I build, from solo founders to enterprise teams.

Everything on this page, from the galaxy to the games, was built with the same AI tools I teach teams to use.
